Talk to your CRM - straight from Claude
Dynamics CRM Assistant is a Claude skill that lets your team work with Dynamics 365 in plain language, ask, summarise and update records. It signs in as you, can only do what you are already allowed to in CRM, and confirms before every change.
What it does
Three things your team stops doing by hand
Build contacts and accounts from business cards, brochures or websites, the assistant checks what exists first, so fair lists stop creating duplicates.
Log tasks, calls and notes on the right record in one step, and track an Outlook email onto the right customer automatically, without the “Set Regarding” click.
The assistant finds records missing an address, phone or value, groups the gaps and helps you fill them, one confirmation per change.
Ask it “what can you do for me?”, it explains itself and suggests the next step.
Getting started
Five steps - about ten minutes in total

In Claude: Settings → Capabilities → Skills → Upload skill → pick the zip. Requires Claude Code or Cowork, not claude.ai in the browser.
A Microsoft administrator opens the approval link and clicks Accept. The screen shows “Dynamics CRM Assistant” from verified publisher Breathe IT AS. After that, nobody else needs this step.
Start a chat, pick the skill and paste your Dynamics address (e.g. yourorg.crm4.dynamics.com). You get a short code, sign in with your normal work account.
“Who am I signed in as?” · “List my open opportunities” · “Which accounts are missing an address?”, or just answer the menu it shows.

The assistant sees and changes nothing you could not already access in Dynamics 365. Every change is confirmed first.
No data with Breathe IT
Everything flows directly between Claude and your own Dynamics environment. We store nothing, we only publish the app identity.

The whole skill is Apache-2.0, no hidden logic, no secrets, no lock-in.
Revoke any time
An administrator removes access under Microsoft Entra → Enterprise applications. Immediate effect.
