Advisory
Sometimes the most useful thing we do is tell someone their plan is wrong, or that the project they are about to start does not need to happen.
What we do
No sale attached. Advice is billed as advice. It is not a route into a project.
Written, not just said. You get something you can take to a board, not a good conversation.
The uncomfortable part included. If the problem is organisational rather than technical, we say that.
Cost of doing nothing. Sometimes the answer is wait. That has a price too, and we put a number on it.
How we work
What decision needs making, and by when.
We look at what exists rather than what the slides claim.
With options, costs and what we would do.
Shall we talk this through?
Tell us briefly what you need and you get a concrete answer, and an estimate you can plan around.
