What we collect, why, for how long, and what you can require of us.

The contact form

If you send the form we store your name, email address and message. We use it solely to reply to you. The basis is legitimate interest in answering an enquiry you sent us. The message lands in the contact@breathe.no mailbox in Microsoft 365 and is deleted after 24 months at the latest.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to see which pages get read. It runs only after you consent in the banner, and you can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's browser storage. We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.

The tools

The assessment and the wizard calculate their answer in your browser. Nothing is sent to us, and you do not need to give an email address to see the result.

Processors

The site is hosted at one.com. Email is processed in Microsoft 365. Both are processors under contract.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of the data we hold about you, and you may complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority. Email contact@breathe.no and we will answer within 30 days.
