SCOPE

The project included the implementation and configuration of Dynamics 365 Marketing to automate email campaigns, lead nurturing, and campaign management. We also integrated Customer Insights to provide a 360-degree view of customers and enable segmentation based on their behavior and preferences. The solution also included integration with existing systems for seamless data access and coordination.

SOLUTION
